Hey, you! Wake up!
What do you think you're doing?
Poet reclining!
Lounging there inviting us
to dream your dream.

There's work to be done.
Real work.

Those animals
may look storybook contented
but they'll need feeding pretty soon.

And that candyfloss sky
Might delight a shepherd
But I think there's a storm brewing
And crops need gathering in.

So, get up and do something useful.
Poet's reclining are pretty useless
In the real world.
