CUPIDS VENDETTA

I’ll tell you a secret about the lover’s curse, that no mortal can escape the fury of unrequited love.
How your soul will bleed for the very blade that pierced your psyche, as though you were a thirsty loner mistaking poison for a refreshment.
When the air in your lungs cripples your anatomy, as you become a ghastly sight for the one your entire being yearns for.
It will bring you to your knees and cause heathens to plead with the heavens to end the pain brought on by Cupid’s error.
Heed my warnings lest you be the skeptic that wishes to endure the darkness of the abyss, for you believe your delusions to be sufficient light.
For If love is what you crave, are you not to be brave, for Cupid’s negligence is worse than a woman’s scorn?
