I was a child born in the year 1988, born into an age of technology and dispute; race, gender and politics still dominate these bitter times.
Now though, out leaders takes us into unnecessary war and reveal the reality of misleading horrors.
Though who am I to complain, I am still of a young age, well 16, but considered young, though I am more aware then anyone knows.
I can see the pain and hear the cries. Listening to the silence of the night, trying to find a sanctuary from it all, a place I can hide and be free.
But my misgoverned youth has thus lead me to this...pain and misery have become my mistress now that I am...
