Broadcast chill scattered in the bandwidth airwaves

Unique awareness of short-term days, briefly scant hours of strategic
sunlight
Interspersed with determined darkroom hours of miraculous
moonshine

Objecting in expressed opposition to remaining inside
Cooped up in stationary restricted spaces
Out of the audacious action
Which produces creative changes in mind and body
My stupendous ideology reverts to
Boldly adventurous, daringly eager, my personality fearless
I take-off on a fast-paced Georgia jaunt
Swift gazelle footsteps are a soundless omen
Running downwind, drama therapy

On that memories old red-clay roadway
Dust-storm dry, hard-packed
No appreciable invigorating rain foretold
Lighter-than-damselfly wings
Amber-red, yellow-gold, rusty brown, partial greenspent leaves
Fall in colorful fanciful monsoon torrents

Raising my frosty-warm face, I'm roused by their seige
Stretching my arms to their fullest extent, open palmed
Feeling their slightest touch, hearing them crunch
Crushed in my hands and scrunched underfoot
Swivel swirling and dandelion dancing
Hunker down in scurried agitation
Scuttle-butt in hasty whirlwinds
Searching for their journey's final destination

I quickly jumpstart, adjust my speed of movement
Sprinting in a short swift race, I hope to overtake them
Another treacherous torrential cloudburst falls
In dripples, drapples, dropples
A covetous covering, a possessional wrapping
Influenced by a torrid coat of many brilliant colors
