On the Art of the Star
Many pages have bright ones, dim ones, and many as one's, two's
and
three's ?.I grow a tender lesion close to the relic called Parthenon;
I
come so close that I see two pillars standing new as if to comfort
the
old! I go and see an unlit star hanging hidden in a crevice called
the,
tower and its twin the totem. Within the crevice a sphinx is
disguised
like the troll and an old man Proteus is leaking the abundance
called
water. I laugh a little thinking of the myth called Star and its
inverse
reality, the Stable. Proteus in the stable is braying, as though
saying,
this could be a secret called metamorphosis!
