Severe sleep depravation due to sheepish thoughts&;#063;

It get's agitating, counting sheep,
when you know the childhood
idea of a woollen olympic
does nothing for your overactive beast of a brain;
none of this ruminative action
would close down my headquarters for inventory,
not at all:
it would only add to
parasitic thought;
thought that feeds on the nutrition of sleep.
Besides, I've found
that sheep are hard to get hold of nowadays
- most of them are dying from that foot and mouth
aren't they?
beats me.
And so, it seems easy to conclude
that
with even bovine images perishing
in my mind, and the thought of removing
the flesh left behind:
it's no wonder I feel so bloody worn out.
