Clemence the Penguin
There’s a penguin that lives on my street.
His name is Clemence and he has waddle feet.
No one can see him, only me
He’s just put up his Christmas tree
All his penguin family will come for sure
And slide on their bellies up to his front door
He will have presents and a Christmas dinner
But for him its fish not turkey that’s a winner
Why other people cant see him I just don’t know
When he’s rolling around and playing in the snow
Once he came out to make a big snowman with me
But I was the only one who could see!
We make snowballs and ride on our sledges
But when my Dad comes out he hides in the hedges
Why he doesn’t like grown ups I couldn’t say
But I hope he has a nice Christmas day.
