Rumbling in the mist with Seth Gecko

My silver-pearl wall light was flickering wildly and there seemed no
way of stopping it. This had been going on for seven hours now, and
after being unable to find any way of fixing it I had wrapped a thick
sheet of purple A3 paper around the main body. I could've just bashed
it off the hook with my Easton BZ70 titanium baseball bat, but I was in
an unusually generous mood on this cold and misty night inside my small
compound in the far corner of the West Yorkshire moors. I was also
housing a very fearful and nervous man who was a wanted criminal in six
different regions of North Korea, but he was after all my closest and
most trusted personal friend, so I had a particular , I thought - and
then unleash it later, if necessary - in the final third. That closing
adrenaline push, which not many people apart from lunatic-obsessive
sports fans like my two associates and myself can ever truly
understand...
