THOUGHT

I heard that Patrick Swayze died to day, and it seems like only yesterday that I watched a young fit man dance with baby. He was 57 , no age to leave .It made me think once again about life. What we do with the bit between birth and death , the cradle and the grave. I have "lost" people from my life , not in death , in life.. but the realisation that they are still " there " is comforting .I also recently lost my father in death ... for many and varied reasons was not allowed to grieve so the pain and regret stays with me...Life moves on as we all do to an inevitable ending ..... the bit in the middle is the important bit , the bit "they" talk about, the bit that remembers us , the bit that forms the reason why we are here ... the bit that flashes before us as we prepare to leave.... Life itself is a gift , a privilage not to be undertaken lightly but more importantly the lives of others are important . What we do to others , how we affect them and interact with them is important. We must be respectful of other peoples rights to a good life. Emotionally as well as physically. I stand here in the open to offer my appology , unreservedly to all those I have hurt , upset or been dissloyal to . I had the chance to improve thier lives but chose instead selfishly to improve my own . Sorry will not put it right , but know that I am aware .... and I am sorry
