The Weight of The World

The weight of the world is on your shoulders,
Because someone whispered that you were chosen.
Nonetheless you feel that their wrong because in the twenty-four hours of day
You wonder if it's your personal hell or it's just one long bad song.
But the weight of the world rests on your shoulders,
And sometimes you wish there was more than one of you to hold it.
So you look to the sun, and pray for the rays to call you
Right before the cold of the moon sets in to stone you.
So while the weight of the world is on your shoulders,
Sometimes you wish one body should've told you.

You express some universal
You express some universal sentiments very clearly here. A few typos in the third line. I loved the image of the cold of the moon.
