Out Of The Blue

Years of pain
Of anguish, doubt
Anxiety and depression
Were blown away
One day when
Out of the blue
She pierced my heart
Her smile beguiled me
Her eyes belied her innocence
And I lay awake at night
Penning prose
Which could not do her justice
Or my feelings for her
A loveliness
She who came into my life
And into my heart;
