ON THE WAY TO AND FROM THE CINEMA
You weave such conversation
but I'm the moneyspider on this bus
When you laugh too loudly
you blow me away on my temperous thread
and I fly to the cold cold window
to command the streetsigns filing past
a poet like myself is made from
this fragile fear of company
I still desire mastery, yes,
of your body and my tongue
