Love Reborn

Someone else gave birth to me,
but someone else gave me life.
God chose them just for me. .
a lonely husband and wife.

They had longed for a baby,
but there just could not be.
Then, one December day. .I came to them. .
and like a Phoenix. .I was set free.

No longer would we be alone,
the years together have been grand.
Two of us are still together. .
because so many years ago, ,
God offered His hand.
