Jenseit von Gut und Bose
By Jean Calvin
- 526 reads
"I am alone!
He screams.
Donations, charity, goodwill.
Admirable to the cause,
The human cause.
To be righteous,
To be admired,
To be treasured,
To be virtuous,
To be good.
Overbearing
Good can be.
Pushing, demanding, priding,
Corrupting humanity.
Seemingly dishonest
To those that call
Themselves 'good.'
To be cheatful,
To be deceitful,
To be envious,
To be desolate,
To be evil.
Harbinging can
Make one a
Cold and lonely place
But it fulfills the heart.
He yells,
"All is false!
To be good,
Reaching out and doing what is right and noble
Can be an overbearing burden
To the conscious and society.
To be evil,
Satisfying the human soul personally
At the expense of
Others,
Leading to the tortured state of the individual.
One can only choose another path,
Not to be good, nor evil
But to follow instinct
And not the corruption of will.
Beyond good
And evil.
