City in the sky!

He was a loner, yet he had many a friend.

He stood tall like an oak in a dusty wind.

So strong he was, He was so full of pride.

But even the earth recedes as the oceans tide.

Now I know to most, It seems like the end.

But someday I know that we'll meet again.

So I'll just say so long and not good-by.

until we meet again in that city in the sky.

This game called life he lived to the letter.

Of anyone that lived, none played it better.

Such a good man, with a spirit ever so strong.

And given a choice he'd choose right over wrong.

Hey man I sure am going to miss you, being your woman sure was
good.

Hey man I sure would like to kiss you, If only, if only I could.

Now that your mission on earth is complete.

You live with the angles in a Heavenly suite.

So I'll just say so long and not good-by.

Because a love like ours could never die.

Some times life don't last as long as we plan.

So we should all live it the best that we can.

Making each deed our best endeavor.

because life as we know it don't last forever.
