The World Threw Hearbreak

It feels as if the world has drained from color. The sky grey not blue. The sun is dark not shining bright. The people around me are faded and I focus on the ground hoping no one will see my tear stained face. I hide my feelings under this hoodie. At night I see the moon and smile for it knows me best. Then I see a star and a tear escapes my red eyes. Twinkle Twinkle little star...How I wonder How you are. Up above the world so high like an angel in the sky.
