Him.
No one always know just what they would do on the spur of the moment!
We all hope we would do the right thing at the right time. No honest person wants to do the wrong thing at the wrong time, for what would be the point of that!
Some people are damned if they do and damned if they don’t!
It seems he was damned because he did!
For the next time, now they all know, now what they must do, is nothing, at all!
That is a shame, for now, no one can be helped.
Now all must turn a blind eye. The police won’t like that, for all would have been witnesses to it.
For the next time, that is what will happen. In general, it has been happening for years.
People have debated it for years, “Why didn’t anyone do anything?” Why didn’t anyone intervene?” “Years ago, they would, have helped!”
This story highlights, why no one wants to get involved, it is just not worth it, just not worth the hassle! The backlash, the police record, the grief, the loss, the accusations, the name dragging through the mud!
The good won’t forget this story. The bad won’t forget this story. The baddies will be rubbing their hands with glee. For now, all the tables have turned. This story shows, it is better to do bad than good. No more Good Samaritan!
The bus driver driving his bus, when a thief, snatched a necklace from a woman’s neck and ran off the bus. The bus driver stopped his bus, left it running with the doors open, hand break on, and gave chase. He caught the thief, knocked him out and got the necklace back. He held the thief down until the police came. Both men were arrested. At the police station, they let the driver go, no charge. The next day the bus company sacked him!
An MP is collecting signatures for the man to not only get his job back, but for him to also get compensation.
I am with the Driver and the MP!
Only the wrong person, would want the driver to stay sacked, but if it were their belongings, it would be a different story, or if it had happened to their, daughter, mum or nan.
Let’s hope for once, in this now strange upside-down world, that common sense prevails and he gets his job back and is richly compensated, by the bus company. x
