Rest in Peace.
You sang this song beautifully, live.
#I See The LORD#.
Isaiah Chapter 6 Verse 1
From the Bible.
I remember when I lived on my own before I got married, I signed up for a monthly Christian music, subscription. It was called Hosanna Music. I love music so this was right up my street. It would just be praise and worship. When it first came out it was only on cassette. I had it each month for many years. None of these songs on these cassettes and later on CD's were known to the world at large. There were some fantastic Artists on there, most of them I had not heard of, but slowly from Hosanna Music, they became famous to us in the Christian World. Like with non Christian songs, different songs mean different things to each of us, at different times in our lives. So there would be sad songs for the sad times, and happy songs for the happy times.
When the CD's came about it was perfect for me, as I could put a song on repeat! Sometimes when a song was just what I needed at that point in my life, I would just keep it on repeat for many days. As I lived on my own, it would not be a bother to anyone else.
That changed when I got married, Paul did not want to keep on hearing the same song again and again. Althought music was my life, when I needed to hear a certain song, it would not be the right time, as Paul would be in the home. I thought I will wait until he goes out with the dog, but by then it was too late, the moment was gone.
Whe I was at my flat and after I got married, I loved doing housework to my music, that for me is the best way to do housework, the two go hand in hand!
I also used to play my music in my car, when I worked 17 miles away, that was lovely quality time for me. I used to wonder, how people could go throughout their lives and NOT listen to music everyday.
Those were the good times, but married life, meant music in general had to take a back-burner, as I was unable to play my music when I wanted to when the kids came along, and I was up at the crack of dawn!
Over the years, the unthinkable happened, I got used to not playing my music everyday. I found a fantastic song and band last year by watching black and white music from the 60's. I had never heard of them before, for me that was my favourite song of last year, the song is 10 out of 10 it is called A Day Without Love my the fantastic, Love Affair, the lead singer is my favourite. I have watched the video, just to see him, but all the lads look as if they are having a fab time. My favourtie song of all time is Roberta Flack singing, Killing me Softly, that song is off the scale! I love Elton John's early stuff, Goodbye Yellow Brick Road, I'm Still Standing, Candle in the Wind, (They don't make them like that anymore). Dont Let the Sun Go Down on Me, Sorry Seems to be the Hardest Word, Daniel. I love Queen! Love we are the Champions, my favourite song and video by him is Barcelona WOW! When that video came on recently on telly I must have played it 10 times, what a fantastic song! I love all of ABBA's song, but not their first one that won them the competition. My two favourites is Chiquitita and Fernando, have got to add, The Winner Takes it All, my Mum's favourite is Dancing Queen.
When my step-dad died, that was a difficult time for me, the song that meant a lot to me, was called More Than Words, by Extreme, it could not get to number one in UK because of Bryan Adams' song, Everything I Do, I Do It For You, stayed at numver one for a long time!
My favourite singer of ALL time is Whitney! Elvis is a close second.

He died in FL. I said a prayer of thanks for my lunch before digging in and saw a coworker shift in his chair after the amen and I opened my eyes. He made a motion as if to say No problem here and said Oh, you do your thing, man. I'm an agnostic. I don't understand being an agnostic. Fish or cut bait. Anyway, thanks for the read.

No, say it. Speak it.
No, say it. Speak it. Consideration of comfort to others is not a consideration I make when I worship even if it's a simple Thank you Jesus for this food. Amen. I don't acknowledge God shyly. If I'm going to acknowledge Him I simply do it.

I don't buy that shit.
I don't buy that shit. Worship. Do it strongly. That doesn't mean force-feeding God to agnostics or whatever else group they identify as; it just means not being shy about it. I thank God aloud for every meal. Again, Thank you Jesus, Amen. Yeah, Americans are not shy about God here. When we worship we WORSHIP. I don't go to church. I pray every morning and afternoon and evening. I keep a Bible on my desk. I am a god-fearing man. Yet sinful. I always ask for forgiveness. When I'm in a hurry I say Thank you God for getting me out of bed to earn my keep. I ask for your forgiveness, your protection and your guidence. In return I surrender my life to you. In your name I pray, now let us get on with this day. I'm pissed and tired. Guide me. Protect me. Amen.
