The Quick and The Dead.

No one expected it. It could have all been a lot worse!!

When I heard there had been gun shots, yesterday morning, in Austrillia. But hours later the true horrors of what happened, when we heard of all those who were shot dead. It was truly shocking, to think that FIFTEEN people were murdered, in cold blood, at a Jewish festival!

The hero of the shooting, in the very midst of it, not only saved the day, but he saved many lives. He thought it was going to die! If the gunman had seen him coming towards him, he could easily have killed him too.

He was seen around the world, going up behind the gunman and taking the gun from him. The scary thing is, the police could have shot him dead by accident in the heat of the moment, thinking he was the gunman! It could have been an even worse tragedy, if he had died. The good thing is, he a muslin had gone to get a coffee, and due to his selfless bravery act, he saved many lives.

He was shot four times, his name and his face have been shown around the world.

He should be given the key to the city, and a medal. Someone has set up a GoFundMe for him and it has reached over a million pounds; we all hope it goes up a lot more than that. Overnight, his life has changed!

Someone has said, “He will need protecting from stopping the gunman.” I hope he gets 24-hour protection for life!
