It came up on my phone as breaking news.
I did not know him, nor had I ever heard his name.
Then as we heard more, it got sadder.
It was sad for his children
It was sad for his Wife.
It was sad for his work colleguge.
It was sad for, the beautiful game.
It was for his Mum.
His Manager, will pay his wages for two whole years.
The Company will pay for his Kids care, for the rest of their lives!
Could that bankrupt the Club?
WOW! Brings a new meaning to the words, “You will never walk alone.”
Then there was more sad news.
Some children were missing, drowned.
It was a very high number 13.
Twenty-six the next day!
It maybe higher now, but the last I heard there were 90 dead!
Then stories came up on my phone of their stories.
Orphaned age just eight.
Worst still, it has always flooded there.
Sad, but why have a camp there?
Rest in Peace to all.
