When the hurt is too much to bear

and your sorrow you try to hide

Its like a sword’s pierced you through the heart

and carved you up inside

How the heart bleeds for you .

It’s a crime, I know, but give it time you’ll find

love will repair and restore  .

Its hard all right , keep up your guard and fight ,

pick your heart off the floor

When all  those you counted on are none

and there’s nothing left to give

It’s like a poison dart to the heart

and you almost cease to live  ,
