slumbering whispering storm
whispers a storm of whispers
candle flame flickers
soft light quietly calls

sweeter the day
sweeter the dream
nearer the day
nearer the sea

side by side praying prayers
gentle quiet of thunder
hushed thunder of silence
cries howling to heaven

with love of strong courage
fear no evil, trust and hope
fear never and  fear no man
he shall never abandon you

till that magnificent dawn
over the waves
blinding mirror of waters
of blazing to be

you were forever
you will since ever was
softly the rain whispers
i am yours always
and you are mine

The Lord make his face shine upon thee,
  and be gracious unto thee:
The Lord lift up his countenance upon thee,
  and give thee peace.

Lovely words of the blessing in Numbers. Storm and dawn, prayer and trust. Rhiannon

The verses from Numbers 6 are not out of place? About the Church as the bride of Christ and the second coming, the poem is meant as spiritual in the first place, and then told as a love story too you know like the Song of Songs.

And yes indeed the priestly blessing, lovely words, imagine you could write like that.
