I notice that you laugh at me
I seem so ridiculed and youre so pleased
The rain falls and ive yet to notice
How the water oddly makes me flinch
Seeking your attention is all i desire
Ill do anything, even if i must be a liar
Acting drunk even if im sober
An added bonus is if im run over
For even if ive passed away, at least you saw it
Oh, im still alive, I must retreat to think
My attempts have proved so futile
Where I was hoping it would be worthwhile
Instead I lie dazed and confused
My sanity has been so wrecklessly abused
For when people now see me, they wont look twice
Theyll just notice the person with the sad life.
