Prison...

Having a family member go to prison is devastating to all,
Even if what they did was despicable.
You feel the pain while the convict hangs his head in shame,
But who is really the one to blame?
The Mother blames herself and doubts her ability,
When the 16 year old is found guilty,
The Father is suppose to take charge and help the family come to terms,
Make his boy realise it's a lesson learnt.
Instead he lashes out at everyone but himself,
Yet he is the one that introduced this particular temperament to his sons mental health.

Good One.
There's a lot of depressing reality and truth in this perceptive poem PoeticalJustice. Well done.
