The Story Of Lisa's Life

There was once a little girl name Lisa
Who had lived happy with her uncle and aunt.
Then one day all this happiness came to an end,
When suddenly her aunt,
And later her uncle died.
Unable to take care of herself,
Lisa had to go live with her mom.
Though she loved her mother,
And being that her aunt was who raised her,
It would not be easy getting used to living a new life.

One day her mother left the country in search for a better life.
She was left temporarily with her mom's bestfriend along with her
brothers and sisters.
After Her mother worked so hard for a couple of years,
Her mom was able to arrange for her kids to arrive to where she
was.
Not only did the little girl dealt with getting accustom to living with
her brothers and sisters,
But now she had to endure living in a country she knew nothing
about.
Once Lisa made it to the new country things didn't get easier,
Instead they rather got harder every time.
She had to struggle with the language differences.
She also endured ridicule for not dressing,
Like those who had more than what she had.
For many years she kept strong,
And finally one day she beat the odds.

Now the little girl was a teenager,
And her language barriers weren't as hard.
At times she felt nostalgic because no matter how much time went
by
Lisa still missed her love ones.
Though she seem happy at times,
There was a pain that was drowning her inside.
As a teenager she began dating different guys in search for the right
one.
Now her pain wasn't only for losing the siblings she loved,
But Lisa was also dealing with an unsuccessful love life.
Trying so hard to find love in all the wrong places.
All these deceptions began affecting her schooling,
And her grades began to decline.
Her last year of school was one of the worst of all times.
Not knowing in what direction to go,
And feeling so alone and in the dark.
Her decision to drop out of school was something she did without
thinking it twice.

Adulthood just got more and more complicated.
She had been in and out of so many failing relationships that didn't
work.
Her life was becoming a dead end without lights.
She shed so many tears,
That Lisa began to wonder what was her purpose in life.
So she went back to school and got her Diploma.
Later she took a course in something she liked.
Unfortunately this joy didn't last too long,
Lisa wasn't able to pursue the career she got.
So she began working in anything to get her life back on track.
Still not completely happy in love,
But feeling better for herself because of her new job.
After three years Lisa was lay-off from her job and was out of work for
a while.
Lisa ended up collecting unemployment for about six month.
After that she decided to get back to the work place she left
behind.
She kept working for a few months in about three different
places,
Until she made up her mind to go to College,
So that she could get a degree.
In search for a better life,
Now she felt that her dreams would finally be accomplish.
Even though she felt that in her personal relationships,
She would never find true love at last.
Lisa tried her best to go for education,
And once again unhappiness began to interrupt her plans.
Out of school again and in debt to her head.
Unsure, insecure and avoiding rejection at all cause,
She avoided finding a career job.
It even got difficult for her to find a regular working
environment,
She had completely succumbed to her fears.
She was a woman who still hadn't accomplished her set out dreams.
Finally tired of so many negative thoughts,
Lisa didn't want to think that everything was lost.
When she began losing her hopes and dreams,
Then she began to communicate more with God.
This decision helped her cope easier with life.
Things began to get so much better,
For all that suffering just made Lisa stronger.
This time she would do what it takes to keep the faith,
And will continue to search for guts to face the world ahead.
After so many years finally her love life is going good.
Now she finally found the courage to loosen up and go with the flow in
her life.

*There is only an end to a life once is gone,
And things do continue while you are alive.
