Good Intentions

Each day is a revolution--
ideas
trails and trials,
a roundhouse of activities

shop, spend and walk
aisles of
imagination.

Avenues create
confusion
and decadence
highlights x-rated movies,
videos, short-skirted
temptations

an attempt to lure me
into their temples.

Yet I am alive
in the innocence of my mind;
good living favours me
rekindles me,
like being in a kiln
where the circle is complete.
