Love, Truth & Suicide
It can be your greatest glory, the ups bring happy minds
Each kiss addicts a hold, each touch the heart grinds
Testing strength and stamina, bringing gifts of cherished hope
Each smile unlocks doors, every glance sights new scope.
But every lie can make you wonder, is the end impending soon
Alone with jealous raging, the blood boiling in full moon
But every minute late you ponder, what bed do they share now
Alone your trusts are shattered, you take the final bow.
The beating of the brain going faster than the heart
The flowing of the mind, where did it all start?
The pictures of my love, keep telling me it's true
The stagnant state of hate, hiding truth from your view.
As the breath fades, creaking timbers sway the noose
The opening of the door, truths too late to cut loose.
