Who am i?

I am continually growing,
So warm and snug,
Surrounded by water,
With her heart above,
Its quiet in here all by myself,
Just floating around with nobody else,
I think to myself how long will it be,
Before i appear no longer in here,
I hear mumbling nearby,
Outside of my home,
So soft, so calm, so soothing it seems,
I think it is her talking to me,
I wonder, i wonder how can it be?
