S Journal 8/07

Dear journal,

they're after me. Just kidding, kind of. They've renewed the whole Fawn
thing based on some ridiculous grounds that I don't want to go into. I
just took a voice stress analyzer, a form of lie detector test. I was
telling the truth but they got back "mixed results." I don't trust
these people further than I can throw them and only an idiot would try
to test the veracity of a statement by the frequency of the speaker's
voice. Haven't they ever heard of a "smooth talker" or a
"honey-tongued" liar?

Moving on, I feel dispersed by all the writing I've been doing lately.
I think I'm going to take a period of concentration and renewal. I
think I'll keep writing this journal; I enjoy it. But I'll try to focus
more on actual events. Additionally, I intend to include a dream
log.
