The Making of Weasel Stew.
It is my hope to bring you the delights only known to the cave-dwellers
of South Yorkshire.Following the Miners Strike and the rise of "That
Woman" many of my neighbours took to the caves of Grimethorpe. There
they returned to nature.
This is the first of many new and nourishing meals they now
produce.
You need-
1. A lightly roasted weasel.(some prefer them skinned but that can lead
to flavour loss)
2. A stock made by soaking a copy of New Labours "The Way Forward" in
the urine of three redundant miners.
3. Herbs picked from the southern slopes of a pit-heap before the dew
is dry.
4. A very large pot. Weasels grow to 3 foot in length in the sun-soaked
climate of Yorkshire.
Marinate the weasel for 3 weeks in the stock.Bring to the boil. Add the
herbs.
Serve wrapped in the "News of the World"
