More good, though poignant
More good, though poignant memories, Tina. You so encapsulate the close and warm relationship, the fun of childhood (for parent and child - including Pooh!), the delights of beautiful snow, and the hard contrast of dull muddy January days. Rhiannon

Your poetry never ceases to
Your poetry never ceases to amaze me and this one is no different! The way Pooh is encorporated into this is just so sweet, and the line "Just one more time – pretty please?" encapsulates the way children can be really bloody persistent, yet parents can rarely ever say no!
This one definitely made me smile (:

HI Tina, Lovely story and
HI Tina, Lovely story and so well told. Made me feel a little cold though haha.
Me and snow do not go together. Horrible stuff. But I did enjoy this and it did bring back memories as it probably did for others. Roy

Hi Tina,
Hi Tina,
I was so enchanted by this poem and the mention of PHOO BEAR and my all time favourite character TIGGER TOO, was captivating, you brought them into this poem in just the right way.
This is definitely a poem for all the family to read.
BRILLIANT!
Jenny.

Only you could put Tiddly Pom in a poem and carry it off, Tina. Such enchantment in your words and a sense of giving in to the moment.

Loved the red scarf leading where you could not follow - and the last tiddly-pom! This is a beautiful, warm picture despite the snow.
