School

School starts tomorrow and I'm so shy
I sit in my room and cry
I know most of the students are new
I wish I didn't feel so blue
I can't help it that I am poor thats for sure
Maybe they are immature
But, that don't stop the pain I'll have to endure
I don't have fancy clothes to wear
How I wished I didn't have to go there
I hate walking into class
How I wish I could wear a mask
I wouldn't have to see their stares
Or see the way they run as if they're playing musical chairs
It isn't any fun, they make me feel so dumb
But, I hold back the tears
And strive to get through my last year
Why do people have to be so cruel
When they know the golden- rule
All kids must attend school
