Take away this hole,
This deepening hollow within,
Let me become whole again,
Less like a doughnut I beg,
Release me from the tides of fate,
Let me live until the day of doom,
Let me breath the air I need,
Take away my spade from me,
Fill in that hole I have dug,
See me without the sugar coating,
Leave the jam until the last,
See what my bread tastes like,
Judge me by my dough,
Tell me what's wrong within,
Let me know what tastes bad,
So I can change my recipe,
Maybe one day I'll get it right,
So one day I beg you please,
I'll be less like a doughnut,
And more like a jam filled bun,
Fill up my hole some day,
Take away my spade,
Leave me whole again.
