Song of love

I wrote a song
To help me get along
It was of love and all it brings

But I forgot to write it down.
Oh how I wish it were on paper now
The song then I could sing to my heart

Like so many things it is forgoten
Missed and lost.

Somewhere inside, waiting to be unlocked
Hopefully one day the key will come back to me.
