If I could paint in blue,
mind is like an ocean, calm,
ripples at its shores, deep, bottomless, and yet
Measured in strokes, and
darting, diving, flitting things,calm.
Calm like a shark. Cool
waters, far from chaos and the
maddening actions of land-locked men,
their wives and concubines.
The womb of a shark is a satisfying place
The eye of this ancient mariner
is unblinking, unblinking black.
