No Company
Looking out from my dull grey room:
bare, drab and cold,
a cheap glass of wine for
a crutch to warm my aging soul.
See, I got my radio, papers, and memories
and that's all I need.
I've been by myself for a few years now,
and I don't need no company.
I sit at the window and watch the world go by.
Yes sir! And that's enough for me.
Well?she?she's been gone for some time now,
but, I don't need no company.
