-Rage builds up
As the day progresses,
Small irritations
-Rage builds up
Bottle it up.
Loose your patience?
Find an outlet,
Some work,
A fight is not worth it...
But let it out
In small gasps if you need to,
But don't hide your feelings-
It's not good for the soul.
