Just another fairly depressing poem!

Where is the light at the end of the tunnel?
Where is the silver lining in this cloud?
Where is the way out of this
blackness all around?

How do I get over this?
How do I carry on?
How can anything ever
be the same again?

How can I stop myself from drowning,
in this pool of despair
