Let me spell this out Charlie Kirk basically said  and I  am translating from fluent right winger “I am okay with Periodic child murder happening in schools every so often so long as I have my freedom of speech which was given to me by  Jesus  who happens to be in favour of not preventing child murder and guns despite living in first century Palestine, also minorities should submit to the will of the state “ which also Jesus never said. Hope that clears that up

Rhiannon, I think he's referring to the terrible school shootings in the US and referencing this direct quote from Charlie Kirk: 'I think it’s worth it to have a cost of, unfortunately, some gun deaths every single year so that we can have the second amendment to protect our other God-given rights. That is a prudent deal. It is rational.'

No-one should be rejoicing in the fact that one human being has taken the life of another anywhere or for any reason but I don't think this is what's being said here.

You understand me I feel for the victims and I am anti everything Donald Trump and his followers stand for I am not anti Christian or anti American in fact I have visited their and what is happening their makes me feel sad because after the dunlaine massacre the UK changed the law which to be is sane and save many lives

I don't think you can say that Charlie Kirk was rejoicing in lives being taken or not angry about all such, but obviously thinks that state's gun laws aren't responsible. He was young, but though confrontational, which students want, in challenging thinking about some things, I don't think there is any right to call him fascist.
