Chameleon sneaked
into my flower garden
and stole a kiss
from the most fragile
blossom

a broken flowersun
in healing
after a lifetime
without a gardener

so unexpected sweet
like pirates steal
with elegance
and then you sent
all your good wishes
in a drifting bottle

when I had guessed
all you wanted was lay

apart we drifted since
never crossed paths
the wounds of me
have healed
we're still apart

Elusive chameleon
that I kissed
one million years ago
and still is not extinct
no friend nor foe

and still is not extinct
has not come back
for more
