Her lips shadowed,
Those of the dead,
Remarkably pale,
Parted softly,
Her hands folded gently,
Laid upon her stomach,
In peace,
She slept,
In fright,
She awoke,
Unknowing what terror,
She may have to face,
Happiness seemed impossible,
Nothing ever right,
She had no strength anymore,
She had no strength to fight,
Her life was one of unhappiness,
Neglected was she,
A haunt to all humanity,
Oh, how she longed to be free,
Free from this hell,
Free from this world,
Where nothing could ever trouble her,
Where nothing would ever hurt.
