The charity chart - If you give alot to a certain charity that charity will put your name in a chart of top givers, like a top ten, and your name can go up and down on that chart depending upon how much you give. If you're competitive and want to be top giver, you will give more.

Share/stock prize lottery - Instead of money, people play a lottery to win a large share of a major company/ become a stockholder in that company.

 
Business Idea: The Youth Club Company
 
Why not start a chain of Youth Clubs; do for the Youth Club what Billy Butlin did for the holiday camp? You could have franchises of your Youth Club in towns up and down the country and there is a real need for youth clubs; for places where kids can go to and hang out after school. They should be totally modern youth clubs for the digital information age and, I suppose, you could even get extra money through advertizing revenue by placing advertizing on the youth club premises.

Security Idea 1: Non- standard Keyboard Passwords
Hackers are looking for passwords that are made up of characters on a standard qwerty keyboard, right?
So what if you and your friends had keyboards with symbols you had created on them that weren't on a normal qwerty keyboard and these symbols were in your passwords.
If that was the case then no one without your special keyboard could type in your passwords.
Security idea 2: Mouse movement password.
This password is not a password but the movement of the mouse in a combination of directions for example: Up, right, left, down, circle.
