Immigration Idea: The wealthiest EU countries could agree to share the burden of Immigration.

All the wealthiest EU members, including the UK could agree
to take their share of immigrants. A percentage would be allowed to stay in the
UK, a percentage would have to live in Germany, a percentage would have to live
in France etcetera, that way more than one country would be sharing the burden
of immigration.
