Who is the Andes Panda bear?
The Panda of Peru?
That particular bear
is the Spectacled bear;
a spectacular bear, its true.
 
But why does he wear spectacles?
Does he need them to see?
No they help him alot
'cause they help him to spot
fearsome Jaguars he must flee.

Thanks, Rhiannon.

People might wonder why I would call the Spectacled Bear a Panda when a Panda is not a real bear but a relative of the Racoon. Its because a lot of people love Pandas and, because the Spectacled bear has Panda-esque facial markings, I think it would be a good marketing ploy to give it the epithet  "Panda of Peru".
