Did you know that Nature invented virtual reality long before the computer was ever thought of?

She gave us all the ability to dream and, to some, she even gave the ability to realize they were dreaming; to wake up in and to control their dreams.

Those who have had Lucid dreams have described the experience as like being a god; able to summon up any desired thing from their consciousness; able to perform any feat however miraculous.

So why are people investing money and man power in creating computer generated virtual realities instead of further developing and improving technology that would allow us all to lucid dream?

Is it because, eventually, they hope to put a price tag on our dreams;  to create pre-packaged and restricted dream worlds for us and our children that we have to pay money for rather than using our own imaginations to create our own unrestricted dream worlds as Nature intended?
