Inside all alone

There you are again
all alone by yourself
thinking of how you got here
in the first place.

You do know where you belong
you feel funny
then you feel insulted
but life is very funny sometimes.

There you are
having to prove a point or two
normally not yourself
but you know who you are
and what you will be.

You look towards a certain direction
there is where your heart is
so lonely you are
but you are assured that life is not all about crazy duty.

One day will come
and then you will find
that life is not always so lonely
because just across the ocean
in far away Africa,
there exists the life that truly is yours.
