Determined to Distracted (I.P.)

In highsocks swinging
trying to concentrate
usually with this pen
writes as easy as ABC

Except now being told
how to spell it right
an important form for
signing wait on table

Behind the teapot see
cakes and biscuits so
tempting make a hurry
and handwriting messy

If not even hungry no
still sugar tempts an
imagination distracts
small hands enveloped

Now in forgotten post
maybe never got there
o the teapot had seen
better days as he ate
