The Golden Years are always here

when I'm sitting down thinking of you

The golden years are always here 

when I see a picture of you

I always think that I love you 

every night and every day

I can't get any sleep

cos I'm always thinking of you

We go burning in the Bronco

The wind is blowing through your hair

Then we go to Coney Island

Laughing playing the fun fair 

We go walking in the garden 

The flowers make me think of you

all I see from the roses 

are smiles and pictures of you

When the grass is all grown

i wanna roll around with you

then well make a daisy chain
