vivid pink
red-gold ribbons
amid blue light
Awaking diurnal creatures
Lifting blossom heads
towards sunlight
while bird songs fill the air
Possibilities sparkle
in shafts of buttercup yellow
through window glass
adventure lures the heart
and the day’s canvas
Awaits
