Window Seat Dreary

By Jean Calvin

Sat, 27 Jan 2007
  • 583 reads

I sit,
weary in my dreary.
Alone in my seat-
at the window.

I roll,
twist,
stretch-
but not one can I cure my dreary.

The engine screaming-
throosh
throsh!
THROOSH!
Moaning on for eternity.

I sit,
weary in my dreary.
Alone in my seat-
at the window-
-4 hours to go.
